RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher at Kullingsbergsskolan's middle school (grades 4-6), you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up on, and developing teaching based on the goals of the curriculum and the students' needs. You work to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop as much as possible.

The position includes teaching at the middle school level with a special focus on social science subjects (SO). You assess and document students' knowledge development and maintain close dialogue with students, guardians, colleagues, and student health services to create the best conditions for learning and well-being.

You will be part of a work team where collaboration is a natural part of the assignment. Together with your colleagues, you plan, develop, and follow up on teaching to create a high degree of equity, clarity, and quality for all students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach in grades 4-6
• Have qualification in social science subjects (SO)
• Have experience teaching at the middle school level
• Have good knowledge of the comprehensive school curriculum, regulatory documents, and knowledge assessment
• Have experience working with extra adaptations and inclusive learning environments
• Have good digital competence and can use digital tools as support in teaching, documentation, and communication.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with a warm and inclusive approach. You have good collaboration skills and work closely with colleagues, student health services, and guardians. As a teacher, you are engaged, solution-focused, and have high expectations for students' development. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites.
