About the Role ⚡

As a Sales Customer Service Representative, you are on the front line when customers reach out – and you see every call as an opportunity. You will primarily sell electricity contracts with add-on services to private customers. With your combination of service mindset, business drive, and attentiveness, you find solutions that create happy customers and strong results.

You will:

  • Handle incoming customer calls where you quickly identify needs and turn every dialogue into business opportunities.
  • Work towards clear sales targets – both individually and as part of your team.
  • Close deals, drive sales, and maximize your own commission.
  • Handle back-office tasks and ensure every case is processed correctly – an important step in creating high customer satisfaction and quality in every interaction.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through close and professional communication across multiple channels.

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

  • Start: Immediately
  • Employment Type: We offer contingent employment with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
  • Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 Monday–Friday
