Growth continues – Rekomaskin is now looking for its next star salesperson
In just a few years, Rekomaskin has grown to become one of Sweden's leading suppliers of construction machinery in its price segment. Demand for our products is increasing significantly, and we continue to gain market share across the country.
Therefore, we are now looking for another salesperson to join our team in Östersund – the fifth sales recruitment in a short period.
We sell some of the market's most competitive construction machinery, wheel loaders, excavators, and tractors, representing several strong brands with exclusive agencies in Sweden.
With hundreds of machines delivered across the country, high ambitions, and a clear vision for continued expansion, we offer a workplace where you can truly make an impact.
About the role
As a salesperson here, you will be responsible for the entire business process – from first contact to machine delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own sales budget and business development
- Processing new and existing customers via phone, digital meetings, and personal visits
- Receiving customers at our facility and conducting needs analyses
- Presenting, demonstrating, and test-driving machines with customers
- Preparing quotes, financing solutions, and closing deals
- Representing Rekomaskin at trade shows, customer meetings, and events
Who are we looking for?
We are primarily looking for a skilled salesperson.
You do not need to know about construction machinery today – we will teach you that. However, you need to understand sales, enjoy building relationships, and be motivated by closing deals.
We believe that you:
- Have documented experience in sales
- Are self-motivated and thrive with independent responsibility
- Have strong drive and a high activity level
- Are confident in customer dialogues and business negotiations
- Are motivated by results and the opportunity to influence your own income
- Understand how a sales process works
NOTE: Experience from the construction, agriculture, vehicle, or machinery industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
