We are now looking for you who have the courage and will to take on a role as a trainee in car sales. As a trainee, you will get both the prerequisites and training to build a successful sales career with us at Berners.

About the Trainee Role

In the role of trainee, you will take on more and more responsibility as you grow into the position. You start by greeting customers who come into the showroom, and then gradually learn more about writing quotes, price calculations, system administration, and listing cars for sale.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from sales or customer relations
• Are goal-oriented, engaged, and business-driven
• Easily build trust and relationships
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by closing deals
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
