At KBK Vemdalen, we are on an exciting, fast-paced journey. Our motto is simple and says it all: Just Drive. We want to take an active role in developing Vemdalen and let more people experience our magical mountain world, year-round.

We launched in late 2025 and have already had a flying start with corporate kickoffs, sports tournaments, and concerts that have filled our facilities with life and energy. But we are just getting started, and there is so much more to do.

This is us

The heart of our operations is KBK Arena, a newly built multi-hall that is perfect for sporting events, trade fairs, concerts, and large event dinners. Around the arena, we have built a complete ecosystem:

• Own accommodation and restaurant in direct connection (Björn's Kitchen)
• FlipIt, our trampoline park operated by us
• A new lounge with activities and space for smaller groups, opening soon
• Padel hall, golf pub, and Vargens Värdshus at Vemdalsskalet

With all this under one roof, we can create experiences that few others can match. This is where you come in.

The Role

As an Event Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our event strategy. Together with us, you will identify which events and arrangements we should focus on, and then make them happen. Specifically, this involves:

• Finding and designing events that fit our facilities and our vision
• Actively targeting the market through your own network, cold calling, and our existing broad contact network
• Selling, planning, and executing events from idea to reality

You will work in a company with fast decision-making processes, where the path from idea to "go" is short.

Who you are

You are self-motivated, driven, and get things done without needing anyone to push you. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with the sales aspect, including picking up the phone and making initial contact. You have a sense for what makes a good event. Experience in events or sales is a plus, but your attitude and drive weigh the most.

Practicalities

The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Vemdalen, which is what makes decisions fast, collaboration easy, and days more fun.
