About the Role ⚡

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, your role is versatile and crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, and chats, and help customers through engaged service and technical skill, creating well-adapted solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:

  • Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement
  • Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management
  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships
  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Computer literacy
  • Completed upper secondary education
