Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who have an interest in business and who believe that the purchasing process is a crucial piece of the puzzle in using tax funds in the best possible way.

As a purchaser, you are responsible for the entire flow from needs and market analysis to request for proposals, evaluation, and contract follow-up.

The role includes procuring, among other things, consumable products of a healthcare nature for the care operations, although procurement in other areas may also occur. You will collaborate closely with expert groups from the organization's operations and maintain contact with our suppliers.

It is important to be receptive and understand the needs of the region's operations and be able to adapt this to LOU (The Act on Public Procurement).

The complexity of the work means that you need to handle different tasks and procurements in parallel. You are personally responsible for driving the individual procurement process forward, which requires drive, a tactical mindset, and a high degree of efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• education in procurement/purchasing or other acquired knowledge in the area, which the employer deems sufficient
• preferably a higher education/university degree within health and social care
• the ability to see opportunities, take initiative, and achieve results
• good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• good system understanding and experience working in digital environments, with the ability to quickly acquire new systems and processes
• communicative skills to work with adapted messages to different target groups and individuals, both in written and spoken form

As a person, you are confident in yourself and take great responsibility for your own work, are careful, flexible, and driven.

You also have good collaboration skills and are good at establishing and maintaining relationships. This is important as you switch between working independently and in teams.
