Main Responsibilities

If you want to have overall responsibility for one or more departments and lead employees, the role of Team Leader is the perfect fit for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Purchasing and sales.
• Working with the team to ensure follow-up on gross profit and sales.
• Ensuring the department achieves our jointly set goals.
• Ensuring profitability and adherence to routines.
• Personnel responsibility.

The customer is the core of our business. Therefore, daily customer contact is important to create a positive shopping experience, order, and well-stocked shelves. Together with your team, you ensure that the right conditions exist in daily work, such as correct staffing, correct information, and a good working environment to thrive in.

You are part of the store's management team, and together you plan both tactical and operational aspects for both the short and long term.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer salary according to collective agreement.

What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you are driven by profitable sales and enjoy working with people. You have basic knowledge of economic key figures and experience leading in a retail environment. You need to be a good communicator to lead and develop the store's most important asset, our employees.
