We are currently looking for a driven and engaged Salesperson with Extended Responsibilities / Deputy Store Manager who wants to take on an important role in our continued journey. At Rusta, you will have the chance to make a real difference – every day. In the role of Salesperson with Extended Responsibilities/Deputy Store Manager, you are the Store Manager's closest ally, both in terms of responsibility and in daily operations. Together, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly, and when the Store Manager is not on site, you take the helm. You inspire and support your colleagues, create structure, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time – keeping both the big picture and the details in focus. You act as a secure leader and role model for the team, keeping everything organized from the checkout to the warehouse, and you work to ensure that the store not only meets its goals – but preferably exceeds them. At the same time, you always keep the customer at the center and do that little extra to create a welcoming and positive experience in the store.

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

• You have a few years of experience leading within retail, preferably from a business handling high volumes
• You feel comfortable in a leadership role and are good at thinking both strategically and forward-looking
• Being clear, direct, and having a good sense of humor is a natural part of your daily life
• You are good at getting others on board – both in the daily rush and when things get challenging.
• You like having a lot going on around you and thrive when there is a lot happening
• You have a genuine drive to develop, and perhaps you aim to run your own store within a few years.
