Do you want to help create experiences in the mountains? We are now looking for someone who wants to work with events, partnerships, and seasonal HR issues in a role where no week is like the other.

Here, you will become part of the sales and marketing team at Tänndalen Mountain Resort and work closely with colleagues, partners, and the operational organization.

A large part of the role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events in Tänndalen. This can range from small activities to larger arrangements and experiences. You work closely with the operations and are involved throughout the entire process – from idea and planning to execution and follow-up. The work involves significant coordination between different parts of the organization, contact with partners and sponsors, and coordination prior to event execution. You will also be involved in marketing and communication related to the events.

The role also includes work related to our seasonal employees and HR issues (approx. 25%). You plan and conduct recruitment days before the winter season, work with pre-boarding and onboarding, and help create activities and a sense of community for our seasonal staff during the season. You will also become an important contact person for many of our seasonal employees and contribute to creating a positive experience of living and working in Tänndalen.

Part of the role (approx. 25%) is also linked to an international Interreg project together with Destination Funäsfjällen. There, you work with international target groups and markets through trade fairs, workshops, press and familiarization trips, as well as collaborations with tour operators, media, and various partners. You become part of a larger development effort to strengthen the destination's international position and report in the project part to project managers within Destination Funäsfjällen.

The position is full-time and involves some weekend work.

We are looking for someone who is structured, relationship-building, and thrives in a role with many touchpoints. You like to make things happen and enjoy the combination of planning and execution. We believe you have experience in project management, coordination, or event work and are used to keeping many parts together simultaneously. You are communicative, self-starting, and solution-oriented, while also thriving in a high tempo where priorities sometimes need to change quickly. If you also have an interest in the tourism industry, destination development, and people, we believe you will fit in very well with us.

Previous HR experience is not a requirement; you will receive the necessary on-the-job training and support.

Selection is ongoing, so please send your application as soon as possible.

We actively work on drug prevention and have zero tolerance for drugs, both during and outside working hours. A criminal record extract is required prior to employment.

We warmly welcome your application!

Tänndalen is a cozy mountain and ski resort in western Härjedalen. But Tänndalen is so much more than just a place. There is a special atmosphere here, a feeling that is hard to put into words. Those of us who work here share a love for the mountains, nature, and adventure, but the social aspect is equally important – doing fun things together and sharing experiences. Whether you come to us to work long-term or for a season, you will become part of a strong community where everyone knows everyone and everyone helps everyone.

Every winter, four to five meters of natural snow fall over the ski area, which stretches through the entire valley from Hamra in the west to Svansjön in the east. The alpine ski system in Tänndalen offers a total of 54 varied runs, both above and below the tree line. Always soft, rolling, and well-groomed. In Tänndalen, there is ski rental and a sports shop, three children's areas, two snowparks, and eight restaurants/cafes. What all restaurants have in common is high quality and inspiration from the mountain's taste traditions.
