About the Role

As a workshop foreman with us, you will have a central role in the business where you are responsible daily for planning, follow-up, and quality in the workshop operations. You are a vital link between customers, technicians, and administration – contributing to creating an efficient and well-functioning workflow.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Damage calculation
• Damage inspection
• Daily planning, booking, and follow-up of workshop jobs
• Lead and support auto damage technicians in their daily work
• Inspire, coach, and develop the technicians in their professional roles

About the Team

The team that does the job every day consists of 10 damage repair technicians and 4 service advisors working together to meet our customers' needs in the best way. Many of the employees have long experience and possess extensive knowledge. It is a tightly knit team that truly values good cooperation, has a sense of humor, and always strives to deliver the highest possible quality to our customers.

We are looking for you who

• Have automotive technical education or equivalent experience
• Have good technical competence and understanding of damage processes
• Are a natural leader who motivates and develops others
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills
• Have experience with Cabas (meritorious)
