Responda Group is growing, and we are now looking for more driven salespeople for our outbound team. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have clear goals, and enjoy proactive sales via phone and digital meetings.
At our company, you will work on creating new business, reactivating previous customers, and selling both our established services and new AI-based solutions, including Responda One.
About the Role
As a B2B Sales Representative at Responda, you will primarily focus on outbound sales targeting businesses. You will identify business opportunities, contact decision-makers, drive the dialogue forward, and close deals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new corporate clients within selected segments
- Reactivating previous customers
- Selling Responda's services within telephony, answering services, AI, and customer dialogue
- Scheduling and conducting digital sales meetings
- Working towards clear activity and sales targets
- Contributing to a strong and results-oriented sales team
You will become part of a commercial team with a strong focus on growth, structure, and development. The role is clearly sales-driven and suits you if you like making contact, creating opportunities, and seeing the results of your own work.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, preferably B2B, outbound, or telemarketing
- Brave, resilient, and accustomed to making many contacts
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals
- Has strong self-drive and wants to influence your own income
- Comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers
- Communicates professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Experience in B2B sales is an advantage, but most importantly, you must have the right attitude, high activity levels, and the desire to develop as a salesperson.
