Lindevalls Industri and TEKONF are two well-established companies within technical sewing and textile production. Together, we now form a growing industrial group with operations in Östersund and a strong position within, among other things, the defense industry, healthcare, and manufacturing.

We are facing an exciting change of business systems where Monitor ERP will be implemented as a common platform. Therefore, we are now looking for a Data Coordinator who wants to help ensure that the right information comes along for the ride.

As a Data Coordinator, you will have a central role in the project and work closely with operations, project management, and external suppliers. Your task will be to create structure, ensure data quality, and coordinate the work around the migration to our new business system.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of data migration.

• Mapping and quality assurance of data.

• Documentation of processes and information flows.

• Collaboration with operations and system suppliers.

• Testing and verification prior to go-live.

We are looking for you who enjoy structure, development, and change. You are curious, solution-oriented, and like to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Perhaps you currently work with business systems, business development, production, finance, planning, or system administration. What is most important to us is not exactly what title you have today, but that you have an interest in data, processes, and business development.

• Experience with business systems or operations-related system work.

• Good administrative and analytical skills.

• A structured approach to work and a sense for quality.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

• Experience with data migration or system changes.

• Experience with ERP systems, for example Garp or Monitor.

• Knowledge in Excel, SQL, or database management.

• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
