Startup Employee for BAUHAUS Östersund – Ahead of the Autumn 2026 Opening!

Do you want to be part of building something new from the ground up? We are now looking for engaged and driven employees for an exciting startup – BAUHAUS's new store opening in autumn 2026!

About the role:

During the period August 10–28, we are strengthening our team with startup employees who want to help finalize the store ahead of the opening. The position is full-time (100%), Monday to Friday, and is a fixed-term employment valid during the construction phase of the store. As part of this recruitment process, we will request a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record register).

Responsibilities:

The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Unpacking and restocking goods
• Scanning and handling incoming cargo
• Cleaning and preparing the store areas
• Other practical tasks related to the startup

We are looking for someone who:

• Is detail-oriented and has a high work pace
• Enjoys physical work and varied tasks
• Is flexible and enjoys working in a team
• Is available to work full-time throughout the entire period

Experience from retail, warehousing, or similar work is advantageous but not required.
