Our client is a leading Nordic player in customer service with a strong customer base. This position is a direct hire to the client. This role is for you if you want to develop in sales, see your performance rewarded, and build long-term customer relationships. As a sales-oriented customer service representative, you are on the front line when customers reach out – and you see every call as an opportunity. You will primarily sell electricity contracts with add-on services to private customers. With your combination of service awareness, business drive, and attentiveness, you find solutions that create satisfied customers and strong results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming customer calls where you quickly identify needs and turn every dialogue into business opportunities.
  • Work towards clear sales targets – both individually and as part of your team.
  • Close deals, drive sales, and maximize your own commission.
  • Handle back-office tasks and ensure every case is processed correctly – an important step in creating high customer satisfaction and quality in every interaction.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through close and professional communication across multiple channels.

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement – we provide you with the tools to succeed!

Education and Experience

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English. Proficient computer skills. Completed upper secondary education.
