Job Description

With us, you have the opportunity to make a real difference for job seekers. You work both individually and in groups, according to our unique OPC methodology, where participants' knowledge, skills, motivation, and strengths are in focus. The goal is to identify each person's unique profile and support them in the next step towards the labor market.

Your main tasks are to plan, organize, lead, and implement interventions that strengthen participants' opportunities to get closer to work. In parallel, you actively work to identify and create job opportunities through contact with employers that match the participants' competencies.

Education and Experience Requirements

Due to authority requirements, you must meet one of the following:

• At least 180 higher education credits and at least two years of work experience, or
• At least one year of post-secondary full-time education and at least three years of professional experience in areas such as personnel responsibility, career counseling, staffing, recruitment, study and career guidance, or equivalent.

Since the work is largely administrative, you need to have good computer skills and be able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional language skills are meritorious.
