Staff Coordinator

Are you looking for a varied role where you can work broadly with finance, HR, administration, and operational support?

We are now looking for an engaged and structured Staff Coordinator who wants to be an important part of our operations.

 

In this role, you will have a central position where you work closely with managers, employees, and our internal sales function.

 

The role offers great variety, independent responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our internal processes.

About the Role

As a Staff Coordinator, you will be part of our finance, HR, and administration team.

 

You will serve as a key support function for the business, handling both ongoing administrative tasks and the development of routines and processes.

The role is broad and varied, with duties that may change depending on operational needs.

 

You will work independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues across different parts of the organization.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

  • Ongoing financial administration and invoice processing
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work
  • Personnel administration
  • Management of employment contracts and personnel documentation
  • Administrative support to managers and operations
  • Administrative support to the internal sales function, e.g., handling incoming orders, agreements, and documentation
  • Coordination of meetings, training, and internal activities
  • Document management and archiving
  • Development and quality assurance of administrative routines and processes
  • Other tasks within the team's areas of responsibility

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience working in administration, finance, or similar fields
  • Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured and meticulous manner
  • Is meticulous
  • Is service-oriented and thrives with many points of contact
  • Has good collaboration skills while being able to work independently
  • Is flexible and appreciates varied work
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office and is quick to learn new systems
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish

Post-secondary education in finance, administration, or equivalent is an advantage.

Requirements

Valid driver's license (Category B); travel to other depots may occur.
