About the role
At Beyond Gravity in Linköping, approximately 250 people work with the development and manufacturing of advanced equipment for use in space. The company's main products are adapter and separation systems, where they are world leaders. With 90% of the commercial market, they supply all major launch service providers worldwide with equipment for launching satellites of all sizes. The space industry is currently undergoing an exciting change where the traditional space industry is being challenged by "New Space". This includes new technologies and solutions, and it is becoming increasingly important to be able to handle many different types of customers, suppliers, and products. To help the company navigate this changing market, Beyond Gravity is now looking for new colleagues who want to play a central role in shaping their future!
You will be part of a pool with several students. The role is split, and at times you will work in back-office handling administrative tasks, and at other times you will be responsible for the reception. In your role as a receptionist, you will have a varied job with many different tasks. Your main responsibility will be staffing the reception, where you will receive and register visitors. You will work approximately 1-2 days a week, which requires you to have a flexible study schedule where you sometimes need to step in with short notice. An existing receptionist will introduce you, after which you will perform your tasks independently. The position requires that you are comfortable taking initiative and proactively finding solutions to issues that arise. In addition, you are stress-resistant and have good prioritization skills. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience in a similar role.
The reception is staffed Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:00, with a lunch break from 12:00-13:00.

- Receive and register customers and other visitors to maintain security and provide a good first impression
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls
- Administrative tasks
We are looking for you who
- Are a post-secondary student and will graduate no earlier than 2028
- Have a flexible schedule and can work 1-2 days a week
- Have experience working in service and with administrative tasks
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English as it is required to perform the tasks
Previous experience in reception is considered an asset.
