As a financial and accounting assistant at Poolia, the tasks vary depending on the assignment and the client's needs, where we match your skills and experience with the right operation. The role may include, among other things, ongoing bookkeeping, customer and supplier accounts, VAT and tax declarations, financial and payroll administration, payments, reconciliations, invoicing, as well as participation in project and improvement work.

We are looking for you who have education in economics and experience working as a financial assistant, accounting assistant, or in similar economic administrative roles. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, have a good understanding of economic processes, and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are curious, adaptable, and motivated by the opportunity to develop through varied assignments in different operations.
