As a consultant, you will be employed by us but work on-site with our clients in assignments that vary in length and scope. This can include roles in HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, payroll administration, employer branding, or other generalist and specialist assignments within the HR field.

We collaborate with both large and small organizations, giving you the opportunity to build experience in different environments and create a broad network. You gain the security of an employer who supports your development, while enjoying the variety of working on different assignments.

We are looking for both recent graduates in HR, personnel science, or payroll who want to start their career, and those with some years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or similar fields who want to take the next step.
