You will step into a comprehensive transformation program where ERP, WMS, and TMS together shape a future logistics solution. In this role, you combine operational requirement and analysis work within ERP with coordinating responsibilities across program boundaries, making you central to creating cohesion, quality, and progress.

You work in a complex environment with many stakeholders from operations, IT, architecture, and external suppliers. Here, you need to be able to dive deep into requirements and processes while simultaneously seeing dependencies, driving consensus, and establishing working methods that last over time. This is a role for you who wants to influence both the solution and working methods in a business-critical program.

• You drive requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation within the ERP program.
• You contribute to process and solution design and help operations and IT agree on the right path forward.
• You ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, and solutions.
• You identify dependencies and risks early and create clarity between ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• You collaborate closely with operations, IT, architects, and suppliers on issues that affect the whole.
• You coordinate Business Analysts between programs and create structure in the joint BA work.
• You establish and develop common methods, working practices, and templates for requirement and process management.
• You support quality, knowledge sharing, and a long-term sustainable BA capability.
• You produce and further develop deliverables such as process maps, business and functional requirements, user stories, gap analyses, dependency analyses, information models, and decision support materials.

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP programs.
• Experience with ERP transformations and complex requirement management.
• Strong competence in process design and workshop facilitation.
• Experience in cross-functional work.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• You are structured, analytical, and accustomed to working in complex environments.
• You have the ability to create consensus between operations and IT.

• Experience in a leading or coordinating Business Analyst role.
• Experience from logistics, supply chain, or retail.
• Experience with Infor M3, WMS, or TMS.
• Experience from programs with multiple suppliers.
