What is the job about?

This is an entry-level customer service position with a large international company in Stockholm. No previous experience is required – just the right attitude.

Your responsibilities:

• Answer calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Assist with questions regarding invoices and banking matters
• Provide good and clear service

You will receive a thorough introduction and learn everything you need on the job.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has basic English skills
• Enjoys talking to people and helping out
• Is detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Have you worked in customer service before? Great, but it is not a requirement.

• Salary: 21,000 SEK/month + bonus
• Employment: Full-time, long-term, with collective agreement
• Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–20:00, weekends 08:00–17:00
