About the role

In this exciting role as an Order Administrator, you will belong to a team of five people working towards the Nordic and Baltic markets. The main areas of responsibility include case management in orders and the supply chain, monitoring digital order flows, exception handling, internal orders, and invoice matters. You will work in the ERP systems Oracle and JD Edwards, as well as Microsoft Excel. There are a total of 13 people working at the Nordic office and 8 people at the Stockholm office.

Your main responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal colleagues via email, phone, and customer portals in both English and Swedish.
• Process orders via the ERP systems, primarily Oracle.
• Answer questions related to delivery and provide general support.
• Monitor deliveries and handle complaints.

Qualifications

In this role, we consider the following background suitable:

• Experience with the Office package and good knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.

This part-time job suits you if you are studying economics, logistics, or administration and have some experience in orders or administration.

The assignment starts on August 10th and runs until September 30th, with the possibility of extension.

Working hours are 4 hours per day, 2–3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at the office in Solna Strand.
