Volvo Car Retail, part of Volvo Cars, offers sales of new and used cars as well as service for Volvo and Polestar. Through sustainable products and innovative solutions, we create value for our customers, employees, and the entire industry.
We operate from 16 locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Enköping, with approximately 800 employees. In Kista, we drive innovation, sustainability initiatives, and the development of new business models. The facility is a full-service site with eight business areas and 130 employees. The Volvo Studio in Kungsträdgården is also a vibrant meeting place with daily visitors and events.
Key Account Manager | Polestar Stockholm
In this role, you will work at the forefront of the automotive industry's electrification and be a key player in creating future customer experiences. You will develop tailored solutions for our corporate customers and actively contribute to the transition towards sustainable mobility.

About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Polestar, you are responsible for developing the business within the corporate segment, focusing on larger companies in Stockholm and Gothenburg. You build long-term relationships and work closely with our partners to offer solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Establish and develop the business within the fleet segment, both in sales and aftermarket
- Create and develop strong customer relationships in close collaboration with sales managers and sales specialists
You will be based at our facilities in Hammarby Sjöstad or Kista, but work with customers across all regions. In the team, you are a key driver in developing the business and strengthening our market position. In this role, you report to the Sales Director Polestar Sweden.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are passionate about business and relationships. You are trustworthy, social, and have a natural ability to identify business opportunities in every meeting. You work independently, structured, and are driven by achieving results.
In the role, you are an important advisor in customers' transition to a fossil-free vehicle fleet. You stay updated on market developments and can combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
You are also accustomed to working in digital environments and see digital communication and social media as a natural part of customer dialogue.
What can you do?
To succeed in the role, you have:
- At least three years of experience in sales and customer responsibility, preferably within the automotive industry
- Good understanding of business economics, especially related to larger purchases and company car solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt your communication to the recipient
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of market developments, especially regarding electrification, as well as knowledge of TCO, tax and benefit issues, and relevant legislative changes.
