Linen Assistans is a small personal assistance company that prioritizes well-being, closeness, health, and a family-like atmosphere above all else. At our agency, everyone should feel seen and know that we are there for you – whether you are a client, a relative, or an employee.

We are now looking for a secure, caring, and engaged female personal assistant for a happy and charming 3-year-old girl who needs support and help in all aspects of her daily life.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important person in her life and help her through all the moments of the day. The tasks include personal care, meals, play, stimulation, and other daily activities. You will be by her side both at home and in other environments where she spends time to create safety, development, and joy in her daily life.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children and who sees possibilities rather than obstacles. You are calm, responsive, and responsible, while also having an easy way of creating safety and a positive atmosphere around you. You must be able to follow routines and instructions, but also be attentive to the child's needs and take initiative when the situation requires it.

For communication with the child to work well, it is a requirement that you speak and understand Arabic. You also need to be able to communicate in Swedish at work.

Previous experience in personal assistance, care, or work with children is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Most importantly, we want you to be a warm and reliable person who wants to make a real difference in a child's life.

Due to the nature of the work, the child's privacy, and the personal care involved, we are seeking a female assistant for this position.

Non-smoking is a requirement for the position.

The position is primarily a hourly employment as a substitute for regular assistants when they are absent, with the greatest need during the summer. There is also an opportunity to work during sickness and other leave.

Working hours vary as assistance is provided around the clock, every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
