At CleanWork, we want to make it easy for customers to book cleaning services. At the same time, we want to help all the skilled cleaning companies around Sweden fill their calendars and acquire more customers. Our focus is on move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, viewing cleaning, and estate cleaning. We are currently active throughout Sweden and are growing rapidly.

We are now looking for you who are interested in working with people but also have a feel for sales.

In your role as Customer Service/Sales at CleanWork, you will have a leading role in the daily operations. You are often the first person our customers come into contact with, which makes your role crucial.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Assist customers with bookings, questions, and changes to booked assignments.
• Communicate with our partners across the country.
• Administrative tasks related to bookings and customer cases.
• Contribute to creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is solution-oriented, structured, and has an easy way of communicating clearly and professionally.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in customer service and sales.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Learn new systems easily and work comfortably with digital tools.
• Be organized, solution-oriented, and have good structure.
• Thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment where the daily workload varies and new challenges arise continuously.

Previous experience is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personality and attitude.
