Are you service-oriented, positive, and enjoy meeting people? We are currently looking for a summer receptionist on an as-needed basis who wants to be the face of the company during the summer.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service via phone, booking patient appointments, handling payments, and managing administrative tasks that contribute to the daily operations of the business.

Your qualifications:

• Ability to step in with short notice
• Stress-resistant and able to work independently
• Service-oriented and patient-focused
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in reception work is an advantage
• Experience with the Cosmic system is an advantage
