Description

The Adapted Primary School in Mora has approximately 40 students and is located at Noretskolan and Morkarlbyhöjdens School. Grades 1-3 have premises in a separate building at Morkarlbyhöjdens School, while grades 4-9 are located at Noretskolan. We have two after-school centers.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for teaching, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the subject. You teach within subject areas with a focus on the student's development, participation, and learning.

You collaborate with colleagues and professionals within the Student Health Unit regarding everyday issues continuously in teaching, as well as in collegial development work.

You actively participate in the school's systematic development work.

Qualifications

• You are a certified teacher with qualifications in Home Economics.
• You have a solution-oriented approach to work.
• You have the ability to build safe relationships.
• You master the Swedish language both in speech and writing.
• You are meticulous and structured in your documentation.
• You have knowledge and experience in using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), visual supports, and other compensatory aids, as well as digital learning tools.
• You are relational, sensitive, and clear in your pedagogical leadership, with the ability to motivate and create learning environments focused on inclusion and student influence.
• You have a low-affective approach to handling situations and can manage stressful situations that arise around you. You are a clear and secure leader in the classroom.
• You are well-versed in current regulatory documents and have good ICT skills.
