RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for qualified teachers to join our team in the after-school center at Blomsterbäckskolan's adapted primary school.

You will become an important part of the team working to ensure that students achieve good knowledge development before, during, and after the school day, as well as during holidays. Together, you will work to create an stimulating pedagogical after-school center activity based on existing regulatory documents and laws.

You are a good role model and work to develop and strengthen students' social interaction. Much of the activity takes place outdoors.

The position is responsible for the pedagogical activity, which puts the student at the center. You will be a natural part of an after-school center activity where students feel secure, happy, engaged, and eager to learn and develop.

As a teacher in the after-school center with us, we want you to show a clear focus on the student and see differences as an asset.

Extensive collaboration and cooperation occur continuously with the school's operations and staff, as well as guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher for the after-school center.

We believe you are secure in the role by having worked in the profession for at least a few years or have other equivalent work experience with children and young people.

Great importance is placed on your ability to be flexible and your understanding of driving development forward in an operation. Your personal qualities that we value in this recruitment are that you are communicative and find it easy to build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We also place great importance on your ability to collaborate with others and how you can engage other people.

The employment will be appointed if required political decisions are made.

The content of the employment may be adjusted to some extent based on your qualifications.

According to the Education Act, extracts from the police record of convictions must be presented by persons before they are employed within the school operation. You order this on the police's website. We will handle this recruitment continuously, which means that the positions may be filled before the last application date.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Salary interval: The salary for the position currently lies within the interval of 32,000-35,500 SEK per month, based on 2025 salary levels. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.
