We are now looking for engaged Study and Career Counselors (SYV) for a flexible part-time job at primary and upper secondary schools in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika to support their municipal primary schools and upper secondary schools with engaged substitutes.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Study and Career Counselor, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences. Some of the tasks include:

• Individual counseling sessions – mapping interests, skills, and future dreams
• Group counseling and study and career orientation activities for entire classes
• Supporting students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), absenteeism, or unclear future plans to find a realistic path forward
• Contributing to the student health team with perspectives on exclusion, dropout, and hope for the future
• Coordinating internships (prao), workplace visits, and contacts with upper secondary schools and employers
• Collaborating with guardians, teachers, and external actors (Arbetsförmedlingen, SFI, UaA)

Your qualifications

• Degree in Study and Career Counseling.
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar roles.
