About the Role
We are currently looking for a Division Lawyer to join a government agency in Stockholm. As a lawyer, you will work broadly with legal support and investigations. You will contribute to strengthening the legal quality of the operations by supporting various types of administrative law issues. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive in an advisory function with many contact points.

We are looking for someone with experience working within general administrative law, public access and confidentiality, as well as social insurance law (both national law and EU law). We consider it an advantage if you have completed a notarial qualification from a district court or administrative court.

Key responsibilities in this role may include:

  • Monitor legal developments in relevant legal areas
  • Act as legal support for the operations in administrative law matters
  • Handle and investigate cases within social insurance law, public access and confidentiality, and data protection
  • Contribute to ensuring high legal quality in the operations
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
  • Use case management systems as part of daily work

Assignment Period and Scope
The position is a full-time consultancy assignment, with a preliminary start date of 2026-08-24, expected to last for approximately three (3) months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements for the role:

  • Master of Laws (Jur. Cand.) or equivalent law degree
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience as a lawyer
  • Very good knowledge of the Office package and corresponding software
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Experience in legal work at, for example, a government agency or court
  • Notarial service at a district court or court
  • Experience in general administrative law
  • Experience in public access and confidentiality
  • Experience in social insurance law (national law and EU law)
