About the role 💜

As a Security & Quality Coordinator, you will work broadly and closely with department managers across all areas at Dafo.

You will have a varied role with both strategic and operational elements, working on everything from internal security procedures and security-classified projects to quality and sustainability work. You will work closely with the operations and contribute to ensuring that processes, routines, and management systems continue to develop in line with the business's needs.

This is a role for you if you enjoy variety, like creating structure, and want to develop within several important business areas.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

Security

• Administrative and coordinating support in security work
• Participation in work related to security-related projects and assignments
• Management and development of internal security routines and processes
• Conducting security clearance interviews
• Support in the work with security-protected procurement and security protection agreements (SUA)

Quality and Sustainability

• Development and administration of management systems related to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
• Creation, updating, and documentation of routines and processes
• Support during internal and external audits
• Participation in improvement and development work
• Collection, compilation, and follow-up of sustainability data

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in e.g., Security, Sustainability or Environment, Quality and Business Development, Engineering, or Economics.
• Fluent Swedish and very good English in speech and writing
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in these areas: Security, Quality, and Sustainability

It is an advantage if you have experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 9001
• Process development and administrative work
• Sustainability reporting
• LCA or GHG calculations

Note! For this role, a extract from the criminal record register and Swedish citizenship are required. The final candidate will undergo a background check. In the event of employment at Dafo, a security clearance will be conducted.

Scope and Location

This is a direct recruitment with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time with reduced working hours: 8-17 Mon-Thu and 8-15 on Fridays. You will be based at Dafo's office at Vindkraftsvägen 8 in Tyresö. Start in August.
