The HR department at Försäkringskassan is a central unit where all HR resources and support are consolidated. The department is organizationally divided into three areas of operation: employer support, leader and employee development, and staffing and recruitment.

Within the area of leader and employee development, there is the competence development unit, which is responsible, among other things, for the development, production, and management of centrally coordinated competence development for all employees and leaders of the authority.

Digital media production with a focus on film and graphic design

The need for digital educational production in various competence development and training initiatives has increased significantly in recent years, which is why we need to strengthen our team with an employee competent in digital media production and graphic design for e-learning. We often work in teams on our assignments, but also completely independently.

Your main tasks will be to

• produce all parts of film with a focus on cinematography, photography, and editing
• independently design graphics for e-learning productions
• analyze concept needs and develop concepts for e-learning productions.

We are looking for you who

• have a university degree in pedagogy or equivalent experience and qualifications
• have at least 5 years of experience filming yourself with various types of cameras
• have worked independently with graphic design based on a graphic profile
• are well-versed in creating and working in Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• have competence in the field of digital accessibility
• act on your own initiative and take responsibility for high-quality results
• have good communication skills
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• have good pedagogical skills
• collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
• are confident in yourself and have the ability to build contacts and trust both remotely and in meetings.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience working in learning platforms (LMS and LXP)
• are accustomed to building e-courses in authoring tools
• are accustomed to animating in After Effects
• have experience building e-courses in H5P in Totara
• have good experience with sound and lighting
• have experience with e-learning and educational production in a large authority.

Other

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security check approved under the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.

In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows. The location is Stockholm. Travel is included in the position.
