About Us

Aleris Basal Home Healthcare provides care to patients in Stockholm County during evenings, nights, and weekends, when health centers and general practitioner clinics are closed. The operation is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, specialized palliative care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

About the Role

As a Staffing Administrator, you are the hub of daily staffing planning. You work closely with unit managers, coordinators, and patient safety nurses to ensure that the operation has the right staffing levels and that our employees have good conditions to perform their work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling sickness and fitness notifications
• Responsible for scheduling in Medvind
• Working with the approval of time reports for clinical staff
• Planning vacations and leave together with the unit manager
• Contributing to the development and improvement of routines and processes within staffing and planning
• Participating in the introduction of new employees

This is a role for you who likes to have many contact points, take responsibility, and create structure in an operation where no day is like the other.

Employment Terms:

• Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period
• Scope: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00
• Start date: According to agreement
• Salary: Individual salary setting
• Collective agreement applies
