ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are currently looking for personal assistants for our client in Skövde. The position is a temporary hourly role where you work as needed, for example, when regular staff is absent. There may also be opportunities for some fixed shifts per week in the near future.

Working hours will be scheduled as follows:

• 16:00 - 22:00

• 09:00 - 22:00 during weekends

We would prefer that you can start immediately and that you enjoy working closely with a person in their daily life. As a personal assistant, you will play a key role in creating security, structure, and quality of life for the client.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a cheerful and social woman in her 60s living in Skövde. She has MS and needs support in her daily life, where you as a personal assistant will become an important part of her everyday routine. The work involves helping with tasks that make daily life run smoothly, while being a secure and present support.

You will also accompany her to various activities, both inside and outside the home, contributing to creating a meaningful and rich life based on her wishes and needs.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, and sensitive in meetings with other people. You find it easy to connect with others and contribute positive energy, while being attentive to the client's needs and adapting your approach accordingly.

You are meticulous and take responsibility for your tasks, working in a structured manner with an eye for detail. At the same time, you are proactive and see what needs to be done in daily life without waiting for instructions.

Personal suitability and chemistry are highly valued. The client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Not allergic to pets, as there is a cat in the home.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working as a personal assistant.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
