The Social Services Administration in Haninge Municipality is responsible for individual and family care as well as support and services for persons with disabilities.

The administrative staff is the hub for strategic and process-oriented support within the administration. We coordinate and develop the work for the Social Services Board, the administrative management, and the core processes of the operational areas. Here, a team works with various specialist roles, including administrative lawyer, quality developer, business controller, contract controller, change manager, facility controller, administrative assistant, and qualified case worker.

Your assignment

As a Quality Developer, you play a key role within the Social Services Administration in contributing to quality and development. You will be an important support function in the administration's follow-up and development work, which, together with other functions, contributes to better interventions for our target groups and ensures political goals are met.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Coordination and training in the administration's process work
  • Consolidating the administration's tasks and analyses for the highest quality council
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality in operations
  • Conducting investigations according to the regulations on Lex Sarah
  • Leading development assignments within the administration, such as investigations and internal audits based on the board's priorities and goals
  • Producing needs and market analyses prior to procurement, drafting specifications, and participating in the evaluation and implementation of new providers
  • Planning and conducting collaboration meetings with internal and external providers
  • Responsible for producing decision materials for the Social Services Board
  • System administrator for digital quality management systems

What we are looking for in you

You must have a degree in Social Work or another bachelor's degree considered relevant. You have deep and broad knowledge of individual and family care.

  • You have several years of experience in public authority operations within social services
  • Experience in quality or development work
  • Good ability to write investigations and decision materials

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience investigating and writing reports according to Lex Sarah regulations
  • Experience in quality follow-up of the board's internal and external operations
  • Experience with provider operations
  • Experience in drafting specifications and participating in the entire purchasing process

Your personal qualities

You thrive in a role where you switch between analysis, development work, and collaboration. You have the ability to create structure in complex issues and can translate legal requirements and quality standards into practical operational support. You have very good communication skills in both speech and writing.
