About the Role

As a customer service representative at Convini, you are responsible for providing first-class service to customers and consumers. You handle incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that each case is resolved efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch. This role has a special focus on the German market, but you will also support Convini's Swedish customers and consumers. In addition to customer dialogue, you will also handle other administrative and operational tasks.

You will become part of a wonderful and engaged customer service team consisting of five driven and positive colleagues. Here, cohesion is key, and the ambition is always to exceed customer expectations. In addition to your fantastic customer service colleagues, you will also work closely with many other parts of the organization to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Examples of tasks:

• Handling incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Handling customer accounting-related cases (B2B & B2C)
• Maintenance of shared office areas (showroom, etc.)
• Ensuring office supplies are ordered and available in the office

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education
• Speaks and writes German, Swedish, and English fluently
• Has at least one year of experience in a customer service role or similar, where customer contact was a central part of the role
• Has good system proficiency and is accustomed to working in various systems

As a person, you are:

• Structured and responsible, with good ability to prioritize and drive work forward
• Service-oriented and unpretentious, with a strong will and ambition to deliver fantastic customer and consumer experiences
• A positive, communicative, and relationship-building team player who helps out where needed
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in challenging existing ways of working and contributing to development in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

Other Information

• Desired start after summer
• Full-time (8-17), permanent with an initial 6-month probationary period
• Located at the headquarters in Solna (Frösundavik), with the possibility of some remote work

Since you will serve both Swedish and German customers, work may occur on certain Swedish holidays, depending on differences in holidays between the countries. We are therefore looking for you who have a flexible attitude.
