As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Purchasing Center's development department, Business Support. The department is responsible for driving and consolidating development within the business area, and you will become a key support resource for our core operations. You will primarily work with data processing and insight generation within the Purchasing Center's customer and business analysis. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the business units. You will also provide important support in financial follow-up.

• Work on analysis production, compile financial reports, and generate insights from large datasets.
• Create KPI foundations and reports in Adda's BI system.
• Support the business in business analysis matters.
• Compile financial reports and generate insights from large datasets. Act as a super-user and support the business in working with article and invoice data.
• Compile reports for management and the board.

You participate in development and work with new ways of working and digital solutions within data and analysis, for example in our systems for article and invoice data. Through analysis and data-driven insights, you contribute to developing offers and businesses that strengthen municipalities and regions' opportunities to provide efficient and sustainable welfare. Development takes place in close collaboration with the Purchasing Center's Head of Analytics and the business units.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in economics or other experience considered equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a role involving data analysis.
• At least two years of experience working with BI systems or advanced Excel tools.
• Pedagogical ability to make complex data understandable.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Problem-solving analytical ability: You are structured and analytical and have the ability to convey your insights in an easily understandable way.
• Structured: You have a very good ability to structure, combine, and analyze large datasets and transform this into understandable reports and insights.
• Collaborative: At Adda, we work together, so your ability to collaborate is important.
• Development-oriented: You have good knowledge of technological development in the field, e.g., how generative AI can support analysis work in the future. You are passionate about simplifying and improving our data access.
