On behalf of our client – one of Sweden's leading and most well-known service companies – we are now looking for a driven and system-savvy Economic Assistant/Accounts Receivable Specialist. Here, you will become a key person in ensuring that the company's extensive invoice and transaction flows maintain the highest quality.

The position is a full-time assignment starting in August and running through December, located at the company's fresh headquarters in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities

In this role, you work at the heart of the company's financial flows. Your daily routine is characterized by parallel work in multiple systems where you act as a bridge between sales, customer service, and finance.

Key tasks include:

• Invoicing & Quality Assurance: Responsible for the invoicing flow and continuous reconciliation of data between the CRM (Salesforce) and the ERP system (UBW), as well as further to external distribution partners.
• Systems & External Partners: Daily contact and continuous reconciliation with PayEx regarding invoice distribution, as well as handling matters related to reminders and collections.
• Handling RUT & Tax Issues: Processing questions related to customer invoices, damage payouts, and administration regarding RUT tax deductions via the Swedish Tax Agency.
• Exception Handling: Follow-up, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of financial data and digital flows in systems such as Salesforce, PayEx, UBW, the Swedish Tax Agency, and Kivra.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer accounts receivable and complex invoice flows.
• Documented experience working in the CRM system Salesforce.
• Very good system proficiency and extensive experience working in multiple business systems in parallel.
• Experience from a role with many contact surfaces and close collaboration with other departments.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience with the ERP system UBW (Unit4 / Agresso).
• Experience practically handling RUT deductions and administration with the Swedish Tax Agency.
