At the service office in Härnösand, we are four employees who cooperate regularly with the offices in Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik, and Nordmaling. We work in a service-oriented manner where you and your colleagues share a joint responsibility for your mission and learning. We work actively with continuous improvements, and it is part of the role to contribute to the development of the operations.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

As a case handler for services, you provide quick and professional service by answering questions from private individuals and companies. A large part of your work is guiding customers to use the e-services of the cooperating authorities and to find information on websites. In your role, it is important that you listen actively, adapt your approach to the customer, and have a pedagogical attitude.

In your customer meetings, you have support from the various authorities' IT systems. In addition to introduction and training, time is set aside every day to familiarize yourself with the information you need to stay updated on news and changes affecting the service office's operations.

You may also be asked to work at other service offices, which sometimes happens with short notice.

Qualifications

You are driven by providing our customers with good service by identifying each customer's needs and providing answers or guidance. Since you work closely with customers, you must feel comfortable in direct meetings with customers from different backgrounds and with different abilities. In short, we are looking for someone who has a positive approach and is quick to absorb new knowledge. To succeed in the role, you also need to have good digital understanding and feel confident using various IT systems and digital tools in daily work.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university education of at least 80 credits/120 ECTS, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Worked for at least two years within the last ten years in a service profession where you have informed and guided customers in personal meetings.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

 

Furthermore, you should have the following skills:

  • Quickly establish contact with others in an objective and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs by asking questions and listening actively
  • Communicate orally and in writing in Swedish
  • Communicate orally in English
  • Adapt your working method to the varying needs of customers
  • Handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Contribute positively to the work group's results and cooperation

 

We also consider it meritorious if you:

  • Have experience working at one of our cooperating authorities

 

Other Information

The employment is permanent and full-time (100%).

We usually apply a six-month probationary period.

Start date by agreement.

We do not offer remote work.

This position requires a passed security check according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be assigned to war-time duties based on the needs of the total defense.
