LFV is now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to contribute to strengthening and further developing our business management system. Here, you will have a central role in the work with continuous improvements, process development, and quality control in an organization where safety and quality are always in focus.

Job Description

The areas of quality and environment are undergoing strong development, and LFV is now seeking a Quality Manager for the Quality and Environment unit within the Group Function JKFMV (Legal, Quality, Aviation Safety, Environment, and Business Development). As a Quality Manager, you will become part of the team with the Quality Manager and Environmental Manager and report to the Unit Manager for Quality and Environment.

About the Role

As a Quality Manager at LFV, you will work with:

  • Maintenance and development of LFV's business management system
  • Supporting the business in continuous improvements and process creation and changes
  • Auditing processes and routines from a quality perspective
  • Creating governing documents
  • Supporting projects regarding quality issues and quality management
  • Handling deviations
  • Training and coaching in the application of the quality area and management system
  • Conducting internal quality audits
  • Gathering data and KPIs regarding processes & products/services, as well as conducting environmental scanning within the quality area
  • Participating in the Transport Agency's inspections and other external audits as needed
  • Contributing to the development and follow-up of LFV's methodology for controlling and documenting processes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant university education or many years of experience in the quality field
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in quality work

You are good at achieving results both independently and with the help of your colleagues. You are receptive and flexible in your working style, are a team player who works well in collaboration with others, but can also drive your own tasks unimpeded where required. You are well-versed in the quality field. You have a developed analytical ability, are meticulous, and communicative. Within your area, you are confident and ensure that your deliveries and reports are done correctly and on time.

Additional qualifications include advanced education/courses within the quality field. It is considered highly meritorious if you have worked with process management and development, improvement work, or have auditor experience, e.g., from internal audits. Experience from quality work in software development or manufacturing operations is also seen as highly meritorious. It is also meritorious to have worked with quality issues in safety-critical operations, such as aviation safety-critical operations. Experience from operations with ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 is also a merit.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Employment

The position is a permanent employment with the location in Norrköping and requires Swedish citizenship. Before employment, we conduct a security clearance which includes, among other things, a drug test. LFV applies competency-based recruitment and selection tests. The position will be filled as soon as possible according to agreement.

The Group Function Legal, Quality, Aviation Safety, Environment, and Business Development (JKFMV) is responsible for legal issues within LFV and LFV's business management system regarding quality, aviation safety, and environment, and follows up on how they are adhered to. The function is also responsible for authority-internal quality audits and regulatory compliance.

Within JKFMV, there are the Quality and Environment unit, the Group Legal unit, the DUS Compliance unit, the Business Development and Digitalization unit, and a number of employees reporting directly to the Director of JKFMV.
