Do you want to work with production planning in a manufacturing environment within the automotive industry? TitanX is now looking for a Production Planner (MPS) for our operations in Linköping.

TitanX Engine Cooling AB is a global provider of heat transfer solutions for commercial vehicle manufacturers. Together with our owner, Tata AutoComp Systems, we develop and produce products that support the transition to more sustainable transport.

About the Role

At our facility in Linköping, we conduct both development and production of plate heat exchangers for the heavy vehicle industry. The operations are consolidated on one site, which means close collaboration between functions and short decision-making paths in daily work.

As a Production Planner (MPS), you will plan and balance production based on customer needs, capacity, and material availability. The role is part of the Supply Chain organization and involves ongoing collaboration with production, purchasing, and other internal functions.

The position is initially fixed-term until May next year, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Plan the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer requirements and forecasts
• Ensure balance between demand and available resources (machinery, personnel, and materials)
• Conduct Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) in dialogue with production and purchasing
• Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs, such as delivery precision, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels
• Work on improvements to planning parameters and MRP processes
• Support purchasing in the planning of material supply
• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers as needed
• Participate in projects affecting production planning and the supply chain

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in logistics, production planning, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or production planning
• Experience from the manufacturing industry

• Analytical with good skills in working with data and systems
• Communicative and accustomed to collaborating with various functions

Additionally, you have:

• Good knowledge of Excel and Office 365
• Experience with business systems, preferably SAP
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
