We are currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking customer service representative for one of our highly regarded clients in Liljeholmen, who will work towards the Norwegian market.
About the role of Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative
We are now looking for you who will work in an exciting and challenging customer service role and be part of a Nordic team. You will work towards the Norwegian market but also support the others when needed. Therefore, it is required that you are fluent in Norwegian and Swedish and have good knowledge of English. You will have several points of contact and receive cases mostly via email but also some via phone. In the team, there are approx. 15 colleagues where everyone supports and helps each other. You will have an important role as the company's face outward, and you are responsible for customer contact and ensure that incoming cases are handled from start to finish.
This is a 6-month consultancy assignment starting in Aug/Sep with a chance of extension. You will be employed by us at The Place and work on-site at the client's company. Working hours, full-time, Mon-Fri. You also have the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week. The company is located in Liljeholmen.
Responsibilities
- Receive cases via email and phone
- Handle product inquiries, returns, and complaints
- Register cases in various business systems
- Order follow-up
- Handle invoices and credits
- Other administration
Your Background
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Fluent knowledge of the Norwegian language
- Fluent in the Swedish language
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Good system familiarity and knowledge of the Office package
- Knowledge of the business system SAP is meritorious

Working Hours/Duration Consultancy assignment via The Place for 6 months with a chance of extension. Start: Aug/Sep Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30 and Fri 8:00-16:00.
