Specialpedagogkonsult is now looking for additional special needs educators to join our team for consultancy-based assignments, both short-term and long-term.

Specialpedagogkonsult was founded in 2008 by special needs educator Maria Engstam. Today, we consist of a warm and professional team of special needs educators, special teachers, counselors, psychologists, and principals. Together, we work to identify and meet the needs of all children and students – through supervision, consultation, observations, and training of educators and school leaders within preschools, schools, and adult education.

We are now looking for you who have solid experience and want to use your knowledge where it truly makes a difference.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a degree in special needs education and extensive experience working as a special needs educator
• Have long experience meeting children and students with diverse needs – and see opportunities in every situation
• Are a secure, responsive, and solution-focused person who thrives working in cross-professional teams
• Have the ability to listen to the client's needs, are creative, solution-focused, curious about differences, and eager to learn new things
• Enjoy sharing your experience while remaining curious about continuing your own development
