About the Position

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6. Qualifications in sports, Swedish, mathematics, English, Natural Sciences, and/or Social Sciences are meritorious. We also value that you are a team player who appreciates close collaboration with colleagues.

Hjortsbergsskolan is a school for grades F-6 with approximately 430 students. The school is characterized by safety, job satisfaction, and high well-being. We have low staff turnover and an engaged collegium that works together to create the best conditions for students' learning and development.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher with us, you will:

• contribute to realizing the school's vision by creating safety, community, and joy in teaching
• build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• teach students who periodically are in need of a more flexible form of instruction
• be part of one of our work teams in grades 4-6 and contribute to the teaching there
• actively participate in the school's development work to strengthen the quality of teaching and students' learning
