Your responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified teacher with eligibility to teach grades F-3 (preschool class to grade 3) at Frennarp Village School. As a teacher, you will act as a mentor and be responsible for teaching in grade 3. You are expected to hold parent meetings and development conferences. The role also involves planning instruction, documentation, and evaluation to develop the school's operations based on its governing documents.

As a teacher, you contribute to the development of the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills. You have high expectations for the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt your teaching to the students and adopt a formative approach. Your pedagogical mission often requires ingenuity, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote student motivation, participation, and influence.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's governing documents and goals. The role also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. As a teacher, you must have a good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use methodology well adapted to the student and the group.

Your qualifications

Registered teacher with eligibility to teach in grade 3.

You are a stable and secure person with a good ability to create trust in your surroundings. It is important that you can work independently, are clear, action-oriented, and receptive to adapting to the students' needs. You work calmly and systematically with low-affective handling and have a positive and inclusive approach towards students, colleagues, and parents. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role.

Frennarp Village School is a F-3 school with approximately 90 students, of whom about 80 attend the school's after-school center. The school has an inspiring outdoor environment and is centrally located near Nissan and the beautiful nature surrounding Frennarp.

If offered employment within the Child and Youth Administration, you are required to present a certificate of no objections from the Police's criminal record register for work in schools/preschools. The certificate is free of charge and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, order it in good time!
