Temporary Position 100 % for Parental Leave Substitute Preschool Teacher
The temporary position runs from August 3rd to December 31st with the possibility of extension.
The Church Preschool in Skrea currently has two departments: 'Fröet' (The Seed) for children aged 1–3, and 'Humlan' (The Bee) for children aged 3–6. We are expanding with a new department this autumn.
The preschool is located in a fantastic setting with nature right at the doorstep and features a large outdoor playground that invites exploration and movement. Our facilities make it easy to collaboratively create excellent learning environments for the children.
Based on the preschool's guiding documents, you are responsible for the children's development and learning.
You will become part of our work team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare assistants. Together, you are responsible for pedagogical development in a stimulating learning environment where all children receive care and the opportunity to learn and develop according to their own prerequisites.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are educated and licensed as a preschool teacher and are well-grounded in the preschool's mission. If you have not yet received your license or are at the end of your education, you are also welcome to apply. Prior experience from working in a preschool is an advantage. You have a well-developed ability to collaborate and value and work towards trustful relationships with colleagues, children, and guardians.
An important part of the job is that you have a reflective approach to children's learning and the ability to challenge both the children and yourself.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be submitted prior to employment.
