Your responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher for Eldsberga School.

As a teacher, you contribute to developing the school's pedagogical operations. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations of the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt the teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical role often requires inventiveness, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote students' motivation, participation, and influence.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's steering documents and goals. The work also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. In the role of a teacher, you need a good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use a methodology well adapted to the student and the group.

Your qualifications

Teaching license with eligibility to teach in (subjects) in grades F-6 or 4-5.

Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension.

The certificate is free of charge and takes about 2-3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, order it in good time!
