As a special needs teacher (speciallärare) with us, you will play a key role in creating accessible and inclusive education where every student has the opportunity to succeed. You will become part of a dedicated team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and develops the school together.

The role of the special needs teacher

As a special needs teacher, you work closely with students, colleagues, and the student health service to create an accessible and developmental learning environment. You support students in need of special assistance, both individually and in small groups, and contribute adjustments to teaching so that more students can reach their goals.

You have specific responsibility for our smaller teaching groups, where students with extensive support needs receive teaching and support for part or all of the school day.

Together with your colleagues, you work to create the best possible conditions for students' learning and development. You are an active part of a team where you share responsibility, collaborate, and support each other in daily work. In your role, you contribute to a culture where you learn from each other, share experiences, and develop teaching together.

Your profile

It is a given for you to always have the best interests of our students in mind. You are a role model for others, inspire and motivate, and have personal care as the starting point in your work and in your relationship with colleagues. In this way, we create a strong culture that enables you to become your best self and helps others do the same.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• is a certified special needs teacher

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working in lower secondary school (högstadiet).
• experience working with special teaching groups.

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date as agreed.
