The Role of Preschool Teacher with Us

In this role, you contribute to a proven experience where we jointly take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other. Here, we need both flexibility and attentiveness to the children's needs, as well as a willingness to communicate. In return, you will receive stimulating work in a creative environment with professional colleagues. Together with other preschool teachers, you regularly engage in reflection and analysis. We work to make children active participants in documentation, giving them real influence over planning and evaluation. Your immediate team is the most important reflective team, but you are also part of contexts involving other preschool teachers, middle managers, special education teachers, and the principal.

Your Profile

We strive to find a person with the right combination of personality and competence. You have the ability to work independently but also collaborate, take initiative, and actively work to develop the operations and its systematic quality work. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, adaptable to different situations, and open to change. You collaborate easily and treat children, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner. Personal suitability is highly valued. In 2024, the staff from Dannebacka won the prize for "Creators of the Year," and we hope you are also someone who enjoys creating something new. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work.

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have strong relational competence

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working with children with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and IF (Intellectual Disability)

The preschools in Onsala work together and are led by two principals. We meet in a learning organization with distributed leadership and collegial learning. Here, operations are organized with the child's needs in focus. The preschools are located close to Fjordskolan and Iseråsskolan respectively, enabling good collaboration with the F-6 school and its environment. With a bus connection around the corner, we can easily venture into the surrounding areas a bit further away. The yard and adjacent forests offer a stimulating, joyful, and inspiring environment. We work to better express how we base our work on a children's rights perspective.

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer two fixed-term part-time or full-time positions, starting as agreed. The employment periods extend until July 11, 2027.
